Ogg Video Tools Version 0.4
Streamnik announces the new Ogg Video Tools release 0.4
This new release adds two new command line tools. oggLength returns the length of an Ogg file, and oggScroll displays every successive Theora video frame with timing information on keypress. Some minor bugs have been solved.
